Inovasi Teknologi Informasi untuk Efisiensi dan Akuntabilitas Manajemen Pendidikan di MI Al-Aziziyah Pacet

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk inovasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), dampaknya terhadap efisiensi manajemen, serta tantangan dan strategi keberlanjutan implementasinya di MI Al-Aziziyah Pacet. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TIK telah diintegrasikan secara signifikan dalam administrasi akademik dan non-akademik, melalui sistem seperti Dapodik, e-Rapor, ARKAS, dan sistem kehadiran digital. Inovasi ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan, dan memperkuat akuntabilitas publik. Namun, tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan keberlanjutan pendanaan masih menjadi kendala utama. MI Al-Aziziyah menerapkan strategi mitigasi berupa pelatihan internal, penyusunan SOP, dan kemitraan pendanaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi TIK yang berhasil memerlukan sinergi antara kesiapan teknologi, kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan kebijakan kelembagaan. Temuan ini relevan untuk madrasah dan sekolah dasar yang ingin membangun tata kelola pendidikan yang adaptif terhadap era digital.
