Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi teknologi informasi (TI) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SD/MI). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan IMRaD, yang menelaah temuan empiris dan konseptual dari jurnal bereputasi dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi operasional dapat dicapai melalui penerapan sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan (SIMDIK), pelatihan tenaga pendidik, dan dukungan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan. Kendala utama yang diidentifikasi mencakup keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital, dan fragmentasi kebijakan. Selain itu, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan seperti kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan dinas pendidikan terbukti memperkuat akuntabilitas dan transparansi institusi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan ekosistem digital berbasis tiga pilar: teknologi, sumber daya manusia, dan tata kelola. Hasil ini penting untuk merancang kebijakan berbasis bukti dalam mendorong transformasi digital pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah berbasis keislaman.
