Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Madrasah dan Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Iman Bandung

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) sangat krusial, namun sering terkendala oleh metode konvensional dan keterbatasan inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Nurul Iman Bandung, dengan berfokus pada motivasi guru, iklim sekolah, dan budaya mutu. Metode: Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, dan staf. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif. Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru, menciptakan iklim belajar yang kolaboratif, dan membangun budaya mutu yang berkelanjutan. Gaya kepemimpinan ini memediasi dampak positif pada mutu pembelajaran, didukung oleh komunitas pembelajaran profesional (KPP). Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah kunci utama peningkatan mutu di MI. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya menggerakkan perubahan dari atas, tetapi juga memberdayakan seluruh elemen sekolah untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang holistik, selaras dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka dan transformasi digital.
