Internalisasi Nilai Kolaboratif melalui Cooperative Learning Tipe Jigsaw: Formulasi Model Internalisasi Nilai Tiga Fase (MINT-3F)

Lemahnya internalisasi nilai kolaboratif pada peserta didik menjadi salah satu tantangan dalam pembelajaran kooperatif. Sebagian besar penelitian mengenai Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw lebih berfokus pada peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif, sementara proses internalisasi nilai kolaboratif sebagai transformasi afektif dan perilaku masih belum banyak dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi mekanisme internalisasi nilai kolaboratif melalui model Jigsaw serta merumuskan model konseptual berdasarkan temuan empiris. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain single case study. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai kolaboratif berlangsung melalui tiga fase, yaitu Cognitive Engagement, Affective Resonance, dan Behavioral Consolidation. Temuan tersebut melahirkan Model Internalisasi Nilai Tiga Fase (MINT-3F) sebagai kontribusi konseptual yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter ke dalam struktur pembelajaran Jigsaw. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tidak hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian kompetensi kognitif, tetapi juga berperan dalam membentuk kesadaran sosial dan perilaku kolaboratif yang berkelanjutan.
