Plaigiarsm Policy

The editorial board of the Proceedings: International Seminar on Educational Studies recognizes that plagiarism is unacceptable and therefore establishes the following policy stating specific actions (punishments) after the identification of plagiarism/similarity in articles submitted for publication in the Proceedings: International Seminar on Educational Studies will use Turnitin's originality checking software as a tool to detect text similarities in article manuscripts and final versions of articles ready for publication. A maximum of 25% similarity is allowed for submitted manuscripts. If we find more than a 25% similarity index, the article will be returned to the author for correction and resubmission.

Level of Plagiarism

Minor: A short section of another article is plagiarized without any significant data or ideas being taken from another paper.

Moderate: Most of a paper is plagiarized without proper citation to the original paper

Severe: Most of the paper is plagiarized by reproducing original results or ideas presented in other publications

It is understood that all authors are responsible for the content of the journal material they submit because they have all read and understood the Copyright Notice.
