Focus and Scope the Journal of Pemuliaan Hukum publishes articles containing research results and conceptual ideas aimed at improving the understanding and application of law in Indonesia in the context of knowledge development in the field of law, both in theory and practice. The Journal of Legal Studies focuses specifically on key issues in the development of legal sciences, covering the following areas: Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, International Law, Criminal Law, Business Law, Labor Law and Industrial Relations Disputes, Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and other scientific studies relevant to the scope of legal research. The focus and scope of the Journal of Legal Studies includes articles on research results and conceptual ideas that aim to improve the understanding and application of law in Indonesia in the context of knowledge development in the field of law, both in theory and practice. Scientific articles related to Criminal Law and Islamic Criminal Law: Including Criminal Procedure Law; Corruption; Money Laundering; Terrorism; Narcotics; Criminal Law Reform; Criminal Justice System; Criminology; Judicial Law & Child Protection; Customary Criminal Law, and various other criminal law and criminology issues related to the improvement of Indonesian law are prioritized for publication in this journal.
