Withdrawal and Retraction
Withdrawal by the Author
Authors are strongly encouraged not to withdraw manuscripts once they have entered the editorial process (including peer review, layout editing, and other related stages), as doing so may adversely affect the editorial team, which has already devoted considerable time and effort to processing the manuscript. If an author withdraws a manuscript while it is undergoing the editorial process, the author may be required to pay compensation for the work carried out during the editorial process.
Corrections requested by authors after publication, such as errors in author names or affiliations, may be made without compensation.
A formal withdrawal request must be sent by email to the Editor-in-Chief, using the same email address that was used for previous correspondence.
Retraction and Correction by the Editor
The Editor will consider retracting a published article if:
-
There is clear evidence that the research findings are unreliable due to data fabrication, calculation errors, or errors in data analysis.
-
The findings have previously been published elsewhere.
-
There is verifiable evidence of plagiarism.
-
There has been an ethical violation in the conduct of the research.
The Editor will consider issuing a correction if:
-
There are minor errors in the published article that could mislead readers.
-
There are errors in the list of authors or contributors.
This policy follows the guidelines issued by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
