About the Journal

Jurnal Hukum Media Justitia Nusantara (MJN)  is a journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research papers in the fields of law, criminology, and social justice. It aims to present a comprehensive overview of the law, overall systemic trends, and issues related to law, crime, and justice worldwide (See Focus and Scope). It provides a platform for social scientists to report research findings related to crime and justice through innovative and sophisticated methodologies. Articles in the journal are published twice a year: February and September.

The journal presents articles, research notes, and commentaries. It invites submissions based on empirical research, theoretical analysis and content, as well as policy analysis and critique focusing on broadly defined topics related to crime and justice from an international perspective.

Since its initial publication in 2009, the edition came into effect in February 2022, and the Edition Comes into Effect in Volume 14 Number 1. On February 6, 2023, based on the Accreditation Decree on the Decree Issuance Date: Feb 9, 2023 with Decree No.: 225/E/KPT/2022, the Jurnal Hukum Media Justitia Nusantara (MJN) received the 5th (Fifth) Scientific Journal Accreditation Ranking for period III of 2022.
