Abstract
K-Pop jastip transactions in Indonesia remain manual via Google Forms and direct bank transfers, creating fraud vulnerability. This research aims to build a web platform with identity verification and temporary fund holding. The prototype method was applied, collecting data through observation, interviews, literature review, and questionnaires. The system was developed using Laravel 10, MySQL, and Bootstrap 5. Test results show the platform supports three user roles, seller validation, real-time tracking, escrow simulation, ratings, reviews, and blacklisting. All features function as specified.
