With a focus on MBB (Mobile Broadband) &amp; BGES (Business Government Enterprise Services) Units. Optical access network analysis is a focus for improving service quality and maintaining service quality. Quality management, as a systematic approach, is used to understand customer needs and ensure products or services meet expectations. Factors such as quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement become an integral part of the quality management strategy. Preventive maintenance provides benefits in extending asset life and increasing customer satisfaction. BTS as a telecommunications service, analysis is carried out on Packet Loss (Sending and receiving data packets), Latency (Delay), and Jitter on BTS services. The results show Packet Loss analysis of 0% (Specifications), Latency 470 ms (Under specifications), and Jitter 3 ms (Specifications). Analysis of the causes of high latency using QOS and fishbone diagrams identifies factors such as environment, machines, people and methods. Improvement proposals include device updates, natural disaster risk management and geographic distance, field technician convenience, checking or controlling. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of network analysis and quality management are key steps to improve the quality of Telkomsel BTS services at PT Telkom Witel Bandung. Sehingga membutuhkan antenna sebagai media transmisi, untuk mengoptimalkan daya terima sinyal, pada antenna penerima dirancanag sebuah system control tracking polarisasi antena secara otomatis. Antena tracker merupakan salah satu bagian ground control (GCS) yang memiliki fungsi melacak keberadaan sumber sinyal. Pengguna antena harus dilengkapi dengan sistem gerakan antenna tracker untuk mngikuti posisi titik kordinat yang dihasilkan oleh GPS. Agar gerakan antenna tracker ini lebih halus dan cepat maka perlu diterapkan suatu sistem kendali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan prototipe dan mengetahui pengujian pada system pengendalian posisi azimut antenna tracker berbasis GPS. Sistem antenna tracker menggunakan GPS untuk mengetahui titik kordina latitude dan longitude. Data kordinat dikirim oleh transmitter ke receiver untuk diolah menjadi sudut azimuth sebagai set point. Respon pergerakan antenna tracker diperbaiki dengan mengimplementasikan motor servo mg995. With the continuous growth of motor vehicles, the development of electric vehicles is crucial to reduce dependence on imported oil and improve air quality. Through the Mixed Method method, this research presents a comprehensive study that covers policy, technology, economic, and environmental aspects related to the development of electric vehicle battery charging infrastructure. It is expected that the results of this research will provide valuable recommendations for the government and society in preparing adequate electric vehicle infrastructure in the future. The research method used involves literature studies, observations, interviews, in-depth analysis, Focus Group Disscusion (FGD) with experts, and questionnaires. This research is also conducted within the framework of supporting the Free Learning Free Campus program, involving students in the research process. Namun, pada 2021 indeksnya turun menjadi 59,2. Indeks tersebut menjadikan ketahanan pangan Indonesia tahun 2021 berada di peringkat ke-69 dari 113 negara. Ketahanan pangan Indonesia sangat perlu didukung pertanian yang kuat dengan industri pupuk yang handal. Indonesia berada di kondisi Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) dengan perlunya investasi di bidang Hilirisasi Industri yang merupakan jawaban atas pengembangan nilai ekspor produk hilir yang memiliki nilai tambah yang akan meningkatkan neraca perdagangan negara. Kemajuan Indonesia tiddak mungkin tanpa dukungan investasi, sehingga perlu perencanaan strategis pengembangan iklim investasi. PT Pupuk Kujang memperkokoh posisi 5 besar untuk memunuhi kebutuhan pupuk didalam negeri dan ekpor. Hambatan tidak punya pelabuhan, butuh ketersambungan infastruktur, butuh dukungan suplay gas, konektifitas gas, penyediaan sumber listrik terus diperbaiki dan didukung pemerintah..Dengan metode studi literatur, observasi ke PT Pupuk Kujang dan diskusi dengan empat dinas di Jawa Barat dan Jajaran Top manajemen PT Pupuk Kujang yang kemudian disusun dengan analisa strategis - Strength - Weakness - Opportunity - Threath (SWOT) dan Analysthical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang menghasilkan perencanaan strategis dan peta jalan. jurnal ini akan menghasilkan Rencana strategis dan Road Map Hilirisasi Industri di bidang pupuk pada studi kasus PT. Internship activities will be carried out on 3 October 2023 / 29 December 2023. Data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews and literacy studies. This internship report uses additive decomposition methods and BEP analysis in the data processing process. The production, planning and control process flow for the emergency power supply aircraft component repair process starts with Receive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) from OM to Send Serviceable Component and Associated Document (ARC, Repair Report). The SAP system in the production, planning and control process functions to check stock, create OP (Order Processing), and update OP (Order Processing). The quality standards used by the Sub.Directorate Aircraft Services are ISO 9100:2015 and AS 9110 C. The operations management system implemented by PPC-MROC is a JIT (Just in Time) system. The application of QMS in the PPC MROC field lies in the documents used to record all information related to components including WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Farm-Out, Stripping Report, Repair Report, Worksheet, Repair Completed Information, and ARC. Predictions for the number of emergency power supply aircraft component repairs using the additive decomposition model for the period 2024, quarter 1 is 11, quarter 2 is 7, the 3rd quarter is 10, and the 4th quarter is 15. The Production Planning and Control Component Shop sector has a sequential independence relationship with the MROC Department.
