Abstract

Public Relations is an interconnected part of an institution or organization. Public Relations is closely related to management which is able to build and maintain good relations between institutions and the public. Information management activities must be able to adjust the approach system with the community. This work uses a constructivism paradigm, with a qualitative approach and public relations management. Creation of works based on improving the flow of information in the first step is used to make decisions about programs, goals, action strategies, tactics and communication goals. Information management activities are carried out by KIM in carrying out the role of public relations. Village Public Relations must be able to change the approach to the community in a more participatory way. Especially in the increasingly developing technology and information approach.
