IMPLEMENTASI E-GOVERNMENT DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
The main focus of this research is the implementation of e-government in public services through the Bandung City Public Relations (Prokopim) official website during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to find out how to implement e-government through the official website of Public Relations (Prokopim) of Bandung City during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as how to strategy public services through the official website of Public Relations (Prokopim) of Bandung City. This research method uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-government through the official website of Public Relations (Prokopim) of Bandung City has been running effectively. Although there are still some shortcomings in the use of features on the website, the use of the website as an e-government medium is adjusted to the needs of the community in seeking information. The strategy in public service through the website is to provide information related to the image of the Bandung City Government, and also to use outdoor media for people who have difficulty or have not used the internet.
