PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. BANK BRI SYARIAH KCP MAJALAYA

Abstract


Human resources are a central factor that plays an important role in every company activity Thus, the problems of employee welfare and work motivation are the most crucial things for a company. Based on data from PT. Bank BRI Syariah, in 2019 PT. Bank BRI Syariah experienced a decrease in corporate assets by 2.28% and company profits by 66.56% compared to 2018. Decrease in assets and profits of PT. Bank BRI Syariah can be caused by the performance of employees who are less productive. The decline in employee performance levels occurs due to various underlying factors, one of which is the weakening of interest or motivation for employees to work. Based on the results of the analysis from the output of IBM SPSS Statistics 25, the calculated rs from the provision of financial compensation and employee work motivation is 0.569 (rs count) > 0.475 (rs table), which means that there is an influence between financial compensation variables on work motivation variables, with the magnitude of the influence based on the determination coefficient test is 32.38% with the correlation or relationship between the two variables is positive or in other words, the increase in the provision of financial compensation, the more employee motivation will increase, while 67.62% of employees' work motivation is caused by other factors.
