Abstract

Nurses are one of the work devices owned by hospitals other than doctors and midwives, commonly referred to as paramedics. Nurses as one of the determinants of service quality and image of hospitals in the eyes of the community because it is one of the spear shows. Many complaints at the YZ hospital that many violations of nurse work discipline. This is if the quality of the hospital continues to be threatened. So that it is necessary to design an assessment of nurse work discipline, so that the hospital can find out the level of discipline of the nurse and what action is next that will be taken for improvement. The data collection method used in this study is the questionnaire method. The questionnaire used was ‘Method of Summated Ratings’ from Rensis Likert. The design of assessment of work discipline was obtained in the form of 50 questions in the form of favorable and unfavorable questionnaires. Which consists of 8 (eight) aspects and indicators. After testing the validity for and reliability.
