Implementasi Model Contextual Teaching And Learning dan Pendidikan Agama Islam

Islamic education at school in implementation limited to the process of delivering knowledge (dogmatic). Most learners are unable to relate what they learn to how the knowledge will be utilized. This research is limited with the focus of the problem that is how the results, supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of contextual teaching learning model in Islamic learning. the foundation of this research theory is that the contextual learning philosophy is rooted in John Dewey's progressivism. In essence, learners will learn well if what they learn is related to what they already know, and learners are actively involved as educators. This research is generally intended to explore and implement the Contextual Teaching Learning Model in Islamic learning. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research. Data collection using observation method, interview, documentation. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of Contextual Teaching and learning model in Islamic learning, is very good seen in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation done in accordance with the rules of Contextual Teaching and learning model. The research recommendation is aimed at increasing the competence (educator), issuing policy (government and school), learners learn meaningful and efficient.
