Abstract

In the practice of organizing the birth certificate, the work is different because there are still many people who do not have birth certificates with various kinds of reasons. Most of the people in Gudang Village in Tanjungsari District, Sumedang District, who were low educated and did not understand the procedures and requirements for making birth certificates were still not satisfied, because the process of making birth certificates was deemed complicated, so people could be reluctant to help themselves and prefer to use services of other people in the birth certificate process that has access to proximity to the bureaucratic birth certificate service. The quality of public services in making birth certificates at the Sumedang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service is quite good, but not yet maximal. It is possible not to get hope from the community of Gudang Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. There are still many people in Gudang Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang District who oppose the making of a birth certificate, for example, the marriage certificate does not exist due to economic reasons or because of ignorance, limiting access to ancient marriages that were not familiar with the marriage certificate.
